YouTube Sourdough Bread Views Have Jumped 400 Percent On Thursday, YouTube announced that from mid-March to the end of May, daily video views related to sourdough breadwere up 400 percent from the previous two-and-a-half months. YouTube adds that videos containing the words "workout at home" saw a 200 percent jump. The video-viewing data was one of a few announcements YouTube made in a presentation called 'Brandcast.' The company also revealed YouTube Select, which lets you purchase ads near safe and top-tier content. According to CNET, advertisers can buy spots on Select if they are worried about their brand being near objectionable material. YouTube is also giving advertisers the option of streaming their promos on television. Another feature, Video Action Campaigns, lets ads run through YouTube's home feed. YouTube also announced a lineup of original programming featuring numerous singers, celebrities and sports stars. They include content from Stephen Curry, David Blaineand Demi Lovato.
