Civil society organizations mark World Anti-Torture Day in Kisumu

As the world marks anti torture day, civil.society organizations led by Haki Afrika Hussein Khalid and Transform Empowerment for Action initiative (Team) Executive director George Collins Oduor have converged in Kisumu to condemn police brutality and demand for action for the persons who were recently allegedly killed by officers in the city.
