Pope Benedict makes rare public appearance

Pope Benedict has made a very rare public appearance - in his first trip outside Italy since stepping down from the papacy seven years ago. He has travelled to his native Germany - where he met with his ailing elder brother. The BBC's Tim Allman has the story.
