Sudden Storm Causes Observation Balloon To Explode

These people had gathered outside for an event when Krakow, the city was hit by a sudden storm. People were taken by surprise and left their seats to stand aside in huddles for safety. Raging winds also caused a lamp post to fall. As soon as the lamp hit the observation balloon, it exploded and came apart.
