2. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
3. Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
4. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
5. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
6. Salt 1/2 tsp
7. Oil 2 tbsp
8. Mix well
9. Moist flour
10. Water 1/2 Cup
11. knead Dough
12. knead 5 - 7 minutes
13. Soft dough
14. Oil 1 tsp
15. Grease well
16. Rest 20 minutes
18. Small ball sized
19. Roll cylindrical
20. Press on fork
21. Roll gently
22. Perfect shape
23. Repeat the process with rest of the dough
24. Deep fry on hot oil
25. Stir occasionally
26. Golden & Crisp
27. Drain off
