Syrian woman protests outside worldwide torture trial in Germany

Syrian campaigner Wafa Mustafa sits regularly outside the court house in Koblenz, Germany, since the first international court case over state-sponsored torture by the Assad regime began in April. Wafa was part of the resistance movement against the Syrian government and had to flee Syria when her father was arrested. She fled to Germany in 2016.
