Mechanic has embarrassing bump when car bonnet falls on his head

A mechanic suffered an embarrassing bump when a car bonnet fell onto his head.
Somkiat Sripitiwittayanan, 43, was fixing the engine when the hood started slowly slipping at the garage in Pathum Thani, central Thailand on May 30.
CCTV footage shows the metal car part crashed down onto the back of his head.
Somkiat said he was not seriously injured in the accident. He said repairing a customer's sedan, which was quite old.
He said: "It was my fault that I did not check the strength of the bonnet before moving my head near the engine. Luckily I was only slightly hurt."
The technician had a red bump behind his head which took several days to subside.
