Ingredients:
Basmasti Rice - 250gms
Red Lentils - 125 gms
Yellow lentils - 125 gms
Veggies - Cauliflower, Tomato, Spinach, Pumpkin,Green beans- You can add your favorite veggies.
Salt & Sugar - As per taste
Oil - 1/2 cup
Cumin & Coriander Powder - 1-2 Tbsp
Garam Masala/Sabji Masala - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 -2 Tbsp
Paanchforon/Cumin seeds & Nigella seeds mixture - 1 tea sp
