The coronavirus lockdown has made everyone's life difficult, from common man to celebrities; everyone is under financial crisis due to non-payment of fees. However, it turns out many small screen stars haven't received their payments for over 2 years. Recently, the whole cast and crew of Hamari Bahu Silk have been trying their best to get their payments cleared from the producers. Now it has come to our notice that Udaan lead actors Meera Deosthale and Vijayendra Kumeria’s last installment of payment have finally been cleared after a year. According to sources, the producers have agreed to fulfill their remaining payment. Talking to a news portal, the source said, “They actually reached out to the producers of the show, and citing the current situation due to the pandemic, requested once again for their payments to be released. Thankfully, the producers could manage and are paying their dues soon.” Recently, filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala immediately transferred money to Ghulam Sattar a lightman working for the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. Sajid is also taking care of 400 such workers who have been working on his film projects. Looking at the filmmakers sweet gesture, we definitely need more people to come forward and help the needy in this hour of time.
