1 TBSP VANILLA CUSTARD POWDER
MIX WELL
COLLECT MILK CREAM / MALAI
1 LITER MILK
COOK UNTIL BOIL
1/2 CUP SUGAR
POUR THE CUSTARD MIXTURE
COOK FOR 2-3 MIN. MORE
1/2 CUP MILK CREAM
MIX WITH THE MILK
(AFTER COOL DOWN THE MILK)
POUR INTO A BOX
KEEP IN FREEZER FOR 2 HOURS
BREAK HALF FREEZING ICE CREAM
POUR INTO A BLENDER
BLEND FOR 1 MIN. (10 SEC. PULSE)
THE MIXTURE WILL BECOME CREAMY
POUR INTO THE BOX AGAIN
KEEP IN FREZZER FOR 6 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
