Meet the Men Who Stand Guard in Chennai’s T Nagar During Lockdown

This is probably the first time ever that Chennai's shopping hub, T Nagar, has shut down completely due to the coronavirus pandemic. While the city stayed indoors, security guards safeguarded the stores in the area. The Quint asked these guards what their experience has been during the lockdown, if their salaries are being paid in full and how they are at risk because most of them are above 50 years of age.
