Military transports replacement equipment to U.S. THAAD base in Seongju

The South Korean military and the U.S. Forces Korea have transported materials to replace worn out equipment at the U.S. base in Seongju county... where the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense system is based.
Seoul's defense ministry denied they've covertly tried to install more launchers at the site.
This follows speculation over the operations, as they happened overnight and without notification.
The ministry said it had transported THAAD guided missiles to replace those that were at the end of their operating cycle.
It had also brought in power generators, electronic data collection equipment, and air conditioning and heating equipment.
The ministry said it had notified China in advance about the operations.
