Tuna Fishcakes | Tuna Burger

Homemade fishcakes can be made with all sorts of fish and normaly potato, but these Tuna Cakes are 100 % fish with some added spring onion and lemon juice for good measure. Tuna patties are great for any BBQ as the are cooked and ready to eat, all you need to do it brown them up on the grill to make them nice and crispy on the outside.

Ingredients:

2 Tins of Tuna chunks
150 g of Breadcrumbs
50 g Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp of lemon Juice
15 ml (1 tbs) of Tartare Sauce
2 eggs
Olive Oil for cooking
