PM Modi addresses National Legislators Conference in Parliament

PM Modi on Saturday addressed the National Legislators Conference in the Parliament. Speaking at the event, the PM said in every state there are a few districts where development parameters are strong and we must learn from them and work on weaker sections. He stressed on the need for competitive and cooperative federalism.
