Maan Singh, brother of Dharampal Singh, threatens BDO

A viral video of Maan Singh, brother of Uttar Pradesh’s Dharampal Singh goes viral. The Block Development Officer (BDO) complaints to the UP government that Maan Singh jumped on the bonnet of the car while the BDO was driving and started threatening him. Bareilly’s BDO alleged that Maan Singh was threatening him. Singh spoke to someone on phone too, and then again started threatening the BDO. The video of the whole incident has gone viral on the social media.
