Lockdown 4.0: Maharashtra issues fresh guidelines, here's what's allowed and what's not

Maharashtra govt today issued a fresh set of directives for lockdown 4.0. All urban areas continue to be in the red zone. In Mumbai, non-essential shops will be allowed to open but subject to clearance from authorities.
