Sulkhan Singh takes charge as UP DGP, ensures uniform and unbiased law for all

On his first day as UP DGP, IPS officer Sulkhan Singh said that he will ensure unbiased and fair law and order in the state. The police will be thorough and tough on terrorism in the UP, he said.
