Meri Dilli: Continuous downpour in Delhi slows traffic

Heavy rains kept the temperature below normal levels today even as waterlogging in several areas slowed vehicular movement inconveniencing commuters in the national capital. "The minimum temperature recorded at 8.30 AM was 24 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal," a MeT department official said. Safdarjung observatory has recorded 12.9 mm of rainfall while Palam observatory 143.6 mm till 8.30 AM.
