British man aims to ride the world's fastest wheelbarrow

Motor-racing - like pretty much all professional sport - has been put on hold because of the Coronavirus outbreak. It's unclear when it'll resume - although officials from Formula One say they're aiming for the start of July. But one British man wasn't prepared to wait - and has created his own - unusual - racing machine. The BBC's Tim Allman explains.
