Info from Licensor: "Heard a lot of tyre screeching, looked out our windows and saw a Toyota Hilux towing a trailer had managed to spin on a two-lane motorway ramp. Traffic started to bank up quickly behind it, and due to how narrow the road was, he couldn't turn it back around."
