At the time I made this motivational video, I was 46-years of age. By the use of progressions (safe bay steps), I was able to increase my agility and perform these moves in a safe manner. My workouts are so much fun and I get to experience so many environments. Every workout is exciting and different.

By conducting these physical agility exercises, it'll show you how to boost your agility as well as unusual ways to boost your agility. You'll answer the question, "how can I be more agile?" It's accomplished via agility training for beginners that'll show you how to leap higher, how to land on one leg, how to be more nimble, and how to become more nimble. Functional fitness movements, combined with bodyweight agility for in-home fitness exercises and in-home fitness workouts deliver aerobic step platform exercises for an in-home step workout for beginners and newbie step exercises allowing for better newbie step platform training.
