A security camera in Indonesia has captured the moment an alleged opportunistic thief stole two mobile phones from a man while he slept.
Footage captured at a digital printing office in Padang City in West Sumatra on May 5th shows two young men enter the shop.
A man in a blue football shirt spies a staff member slumped at a desk and approaches him looking for anything of value.
He sees the phones on the desk in front of the dozing worker, scoops them up, puts them in his pockets and walks out of the shop.
According to the owner of the business, the alleged thief took advantage of the fact that the worker was tired from Ramadan fasting.
The worker woke up to find the phones gone and then discovered the theft when he checked the CCTV cameras.
The incident has been reported to the police.
