Coronavirus updates: Maharashtra, Gujarat worst-hit states

Coronavirus continues to extend its footprints in India with the total number of positive cases mounting to over 56000 in the country. With testing being ramped up to identify patients, the graph of total number of Covid-19 infected persons is rapidly increasing in India. While Maharashtra remains the worst affected state, Gujarat overtook New Delhi in the number of corona positive patients. The state has recorded nearly 7000 positive cases till date.
