Optimism springs for disaster plagued Aussie farmers

"This last fall of rain here that we've had two or three days ago -- an inch -- it's just ideal and just gives everyone that confidence that they can go ahead and sow the crops and know that they'll get a good start," says Kevin Tongue, a farmer.
