USCIRF report 2020: American संस्था ने कहा, India में बढ़ा अल्पसंख्यकों का उत्पीड़न | वनइंडिया हिंदी

USCIRF Vice Chair Nadine Maenza noted that India had seen “perhaps the steepest, and most alarming, deterioration” in religious freedom in the past year. The panel accused the Indian government of “allowing violence against minorities and their houses of worship to continue with impunity, and also engaged in and tolerated hate speech and incitement to violence”.

USCIRF की उपाध्यक्ष नेन्डिन माएज़ा अपने आधिकारिक ट्विटर हैंडल से किए गए ट्वीट में लिखा कि साल 2004 के बाद ये पहली बार है जब USCIRF ने भारत को 'कुछ ख़ास चिंताओं' वाले देशों की सूची में शामिल करने का सुझाव दिया है.
