Teen's Test Ride on Lawn Mower Chair Kart Contraption Causes Crash

This teen built a kart using a lawn mower deck, chainsaw engine, and a lawn chair. He wanted to take it for a test ride outside his house. He pulled the cord of the lawnmower to switch it one and sat on the chair. The kart moved a short distance before crashing into a fence.
