Artist uses tape to transform pottery

Maximilian Rauber uses tape to create designs on pottery. When he peels it off, it reveals the pattern he's made. He creates a piece of pottery, applies tape freehand to make a design that best suits the shape of the piece, paints over the tape, fires the piece, and then peels it off to reveal the pattern. It is important to him that he makes one-of-a-kind pieces that show how much care was put into each one.
