Wok-Steamed Fresh Oyster Sakamushi (Kaki No Sakamushi)
Unlike the previous episode, I used the freshest oysters. Nothing comes closer to the fresh raw oysters.
But you still can use the frozen one as long as you’ll do the detoxing process as I posted on BitChute.
I’ve cooked this healthy wok steamed fresh oysters made with organic herbs and sauces.
In order to maximize the nutritional value, I cooked without adding water. You get the liquid from the ingredients themselves.
When you are buying veggies, make sure it’s organic which has much more nutritious values and phytonutrients.
Ingredients:
1.5-pound (650g) of fresh oysters
1-cup of fresh organic shiitake mushroom
1-cup of shredded fried tofu
1-tablespoon of organic garlic
1-tablespoon of organic ginger
1/2-cup of sake or sherry or gin
1-tablespoon of organic extra virgin olive oil
1-teaspoon of organic soy sauce
1-bunch of organic cilantro (optional)
