The Ghaziabad Police has arrested the prime accused in the shocking Indirapuram tragedy, in which a couple committed suicide after murdering two children in their sleep. The man identified as one Rakesh Verma was said to be the brother-in-law of Gulshan Kumar, the victim. Watch the full report.
