Matar ki sabzi (filling)
Matar (peas) - 150 grams
Salt - to taste
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Hing - a pinch
Saunf (kuti) - 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds (kuti) - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon

Dough for kachori
Refined flour (maida) - 1 cup
Ghee (pure) - 2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Warm water - to bind the dough
