Saint Lucia enters into a 24-hour lockdown as the Caribbean country registers 13 cases of COVID-19. Brazil has recorded its largest one-day jump in coronavirus cases since the pandemic was first detected in the country. And, the French government says 3.6 million employees have applied for partial unemployment amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
