We just want to come back home, says a family of 16
A Malaysian family’s holiday in India turned into a nightmare after the country went into a lockdown to curb the spread of Covid-19.
Jetinder Singh said he and his extended family of 16 were supposed to leave India on March 21 but are now stuck in a “run-down and dirty” hotel in Amritsar.
He appeals to the Malaysian government to bring them home as soon as possible.
