Trump on NY, California lockdowns, US-Mexico border and vaccine

"They are taking very strong, bold steps and I applaud them," says US President Donald Trump after New York and California announced they were locking down to stem the coronavirus pandemic. The president, who said there was no need for a national lockdown, also gives more details on restricting non-essential travel between the US and Mexico.
