A man in China carved three characters from one of the four classic Chinese novels called "Journey to the West" on the eggshells.
The impressive video, filmed in the city of Qingdao in Shandong Province, shows the man, whose username is "Four classic Chinese novels (eggshell carving)" on a Chinese video app Kuaishou, using a pencil to draw the Buddhist monk Xuanzang, the Monkey King and Zhu Bajie on eggshells and then using a knife to carve them.
After he finished carving, he opened a hole at the bottom of the eggshells and emptied the egg's contents before placing them onto a base to light it up.
The videos were taken on January 2, 2020, December 28, 2019 and December 13, 2019 respectively.
It takes around two hours to complete one product.
