Alice in Wonderland (1915; Union) Rare Looking-Glass Reel

The first full-length film adaptation of Alice in Wonderland was made in 1915, directed by W.W. Young. It was originally produced by Charles R. Macauley of Union Photoplay, but became bankrupt before completion so Nonpareil took over the production. Shortly after release, the film was split into Wonderland and Looking-Glass segments; most of Looking-Glass is still missing. Viola Savoy starred as Alice.
