Tornado Rips Through Area According to the Tennessee
Emergency Management Agency, at least nine people have been killed throughout
the city and suburbs of Nashville after a tornado
destroyed the area early Tuesday morning. Mt. Juliet PD,
via statement WKRN reporter Brent Remadna, via Twitter WKRN reporter Julia Palazzo, via Twitter President Trump tweeted a
response to the devastation. According to ABC News, 15 Super Tuesday
polling stations have been affected. Nashville Mayor John Cooper is asking residents
to stay off the roads for the time being in order to
help recovery efforts move more quickly. The tornado was one of an apparent
outbreak of twisters spread across
Tennessee, Missouri and Kentucky.
