How to Change Screen Lock Time on iPhone XR (iOS 13.3)?

Step 1: Open 'Settings' App.

Step 4: Now, on 'Auto-Lock' Screen, you can select from various options like 30 Second, 1 Minute, 2 Minutes, 3 Minutes, 4 Minutes, 5 Minutes, or Never. So, go to the time that you want, and then tap on it. When it's selected, you will see the Check Mark Icon next to it.
