Armando's life at V&M becomes chaotic after Betty resigns and he decides to give up the presidency. Ricardo looks for Betty in his house and tries to convince her to return to the company. He says that Armando is very bad and thinks about leaving the presidency, but even so he is not able to convince her. At the same time, Betty receives flowers from her boss. Hugo and Fábio's wedding takes place. Fábio's "sister" is actually his wife and wants to prevent the ceremony from taking place. Betty goes to the place where the wedding is taking place, decided to talk to Armando, but is prevented from entering. She disguises herself as a waitress wearing the same mask that everyone is wearing at the party and gets close to Armando at the moment when he is going to tell the whole truth to his father. Armando recognizes her and is happy. Betty agrees to return to the company as long as he doesn't tell her any more lies.
