Video 'Karera' focus of NCRPO's anti-illegal gambling drive

Maj. Gen. Debold Sinas, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief, said on Friday that the operation of video 'karera' machines was the focus of the anti-illegal gambling campaign in Metro Manila as it has been linked to illegal drugs.
