Genius hard-hat flip turned to painful hit to the face fail

A man is standing in a construction site in Dayton, Ohio and has a shovel laying on the ground. He takes his hard hat and places the hard hat on the handle of the shovel on January 16.
He then steps on the end of the shovel, flipping the hard hat off of the handle and hitting him right in the face!
