CARPACCIO AL FORNO
INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
300 g finely sliced beef magatello, 300 g champignon
100 g grana, oil, salt, pepper
PREPARATION:
Grease a baking tray with oil and place the slices of meat
Clean the mushrooms, cut them into thin strips, distribute them on the meat, salt and pepper
Sprinkle with a little oil and cover with the grain flakes
Put in a hot oven for 5 minutes and serve
