Venable, an American Lawyer top 100 firm, has hired David Levy as a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office. Levy, a postal regulatory/appellate lawyer, previously was a partner at Sidley Austin.
He represents many of the nation’s largest mailers and their trade associations, including the Alliance of Nonprofit Mailers, the Magazine Publishers of America, the National Postal Policy Council, and the National Association of Presort Mailers.
