Sisig is a Filipino dish usually made from parts of pig's head and chicken liver, seasoned with calamansi or lime juice, onions and chili peppers. This video will feature Turkey as the main ingredient sans chicken liver. Sisig means "salad" or " to snack on something sour" in a Kapampangan dictionary. It originated in Pampanga a province int he Philippines located in the Central luzon. Very popular often served with cold beer. Try it "we all can cook"!
