CJI SA Bobde का दोषियों की फांसी की सजा में हो रही देरी पर बड़ा बयान | oneindia hindi

Chief Justice SA Bobde has made a big comment on the petition filed by the convicts. He said that the law has not only the rights of the accused but also the rights of the victims and the Supreme Court should also pay attention to that.The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court made these remarks in the wake of a petition filed by a couple of Amroha of UP. Significantly, the Chief Justice has said these things when the Central Government has requested to complete the legal process soon after the mercy petition was dismissed in the hanging of Nirbhaya convicts.

चीफ जस्टिस एसए बोबडे ने सजायाफ्ता मुजरिमों की तरफ से याचिका पर यायिका दायर किए जाने पर बड़ी टिप्पणी की है ..उन्होंने कहाकि कानून में सिर्फ आरोपियों का ही अधिकार नही है, बल्कि पीड़ितों का भी अधिकार है और सुप्रीम कोर्ट को उस पर भी ध्यान देना चाहिए। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस ने यूपी के अमरोहा की एक दंपति की तफर से दायर एक याचिका के मद्देनजर ये टिप्पणी की है। गौरतलब है कि चीफ जस्टिस ने ये बातें तब कही हैं, जब केंद्र सरकार ने निर्भया के दोषियों के फांसी के मामले में दया याचिका खारिज होने के बाद कानूनी प्रक्रिया जल्द पूरी करने का अनुरोध किया है।
