महाराष्ट्र के सीएम उद्धव ठाकरे के साईं के जन्मस्थान को लेकर दिए गए बयान के बाद बवाल बढ़ता जा रहा है। उद्धव के बयान से नाराज शिरडी के लोगों ने आज शिरडी बंद का आह्वान किया है, हालांकि साईं मंदिर खुला है। ऐसे में मंदिर में साईं के दर्शन के लिए श्रद्धालु मंदिर पहुंच रहे हैं। मंदिर के बाहर अच्छी-खासी तादाद देखी जा रही है। कतार में खड़े होकर श्रद्धालु अपनी बारी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। लेकिन शिरडी बंद के कारण सड़कों पर सन्नाटा पसरा हुआ है, दुकानें बंद हैं। इस बीच, विवाद बढ़ता देख उद्धव ठाकरे ने बातचीत की इच्छा जताई है..दरअसल ये विवाद उस वक्त पैदा हुआ जब उद्धव ठाकरे ने परभणी जिले के पाथरी में साईं बाबा से जुड़े स्थान पर सुविधाओं का विकास करने के लिए 100 करोड़ रुपये की राशि आवंटित करने की घोषणा की। कुछ श्रद्धालु पाथरी को साईं बाबा का जन्मस्थान मानते हैं, जबकि शिरडी के लोगों का दावा है कि उनका जन्मस्थान अज्ञात है।
