India's former Solicitor General and Senior advocate Harish Salve has been appointed as Queen’s Counsel (QC) for the courts of England and Wales. He will be formally appointed as QC in March this year, where the Lord Chancellor will preside over the appointment ceremony at Westminster Hall.

वरिष्ठ वकील और देश के पूर्व सॉलिसिटर जनरल हरीश साल्वे को अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक और बड़ी जिम्मेदारी मिली है. इंग्लैंड और वेल्स की महारानी एलिजाबेथ द्वितीय ने हरीश साल्वे को अपना काउंसल नियुक्त किया है. महारानी एलिजाबेथ के द्वारा हर साल कॉमनवेल्थ देशों से कुछ वरिष्ठ वकीलों को नियुक्त किया जाता है, जिसमें इस बार हरीश साल्वे का नाम है.
