Use It Or Lose It? Less Lovemaking May Trigger Earlier Menopause

A new study reveals having sex weekly or monthly may help women stave off 'the change.'
UPI reports that during the menopause transition, women experience the physical effects of falling estrogen levels.
Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness. These effects can undermine sexual motivation and drive.
But women who engage in sexual activity weekly were 28% less likely to become menopausal than women who do so less than monthly.
