This is Update #1 of my Sega Mega-CD repair series, which was provided to me by YouTuber ShaolinSkunks88.
The console has no power, which after many hours of research, was pointing to a blown fuse on the power-board.
I had purchased a new pair of these fuses and of course, I intend to replace the blown fuse.
However, in this video I explain that the fuse may NOT be the problem, and I'm no longer convinced that replacing the fuse will fix it.
