सिटीजनशिप अमेंडमेंट बिल बुधवार को राज्यसभा में भी पास हो गया। अब इस विधेयक पर राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद की मुहर लगने के बाद ये कानून बनकर पूरे देश में लागू हो जाएगा। एक तरफ जहां देश में रह रहे शरणार्थियों में इस बिल को लेकर जश्न का माहौल है वहीं उत्तर पूर्वी राज्यों में इसे लेकर बवाल मचा हुआ है।
