ट्रांसपोर्ट मिनिस्ट्री ने साल 2018 में हुए सड़क हादसों के आंकड़े जारी कर दिए हैं. लर्निंग लाइसेंस पर वाहन चलाने वालों को लेकर एक चौंकाने वाला आंकड़ा सामने आया है. लर्निंग लाइसेंस पर वाहन चलाने वालों ने बड़ी संख्या में रोड पर एक्सीडेंट किए हैं. इन एक्सीडेंट में 23593 लोगों की जान गई है. एक्सीडेंट करने वालों में बाइक, कार सवार ऐसे लोग थे जो लर्निंग लाइसेंस के साथ वाहन चला रहे थे. एक्सीडेंट करने वालों में बड़ी संख्या कार सवारों की है.
